**The Role**

An internal promotion has brought about this fabulous leadership opportunity to join our Coca Cola family in the role of Manufacturing Operations Manager. You will have overall operational responsibility for manufacturing site, leading the performance of the site to to ensure production output is achieved within performance, yield, quality, environmental and budget targets, optimising the manufacturing output and achieve the highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver finished product at the optimal cost and quality standard and meet current and future market demand in support of delivering our Sales & Operational business plan.

We are looking for someone who can take accountable for leading, nurturing and engaging their team, providing an inclusive and safe working environment for all manufacturing team members.
- Lead and develop a culture of performance with the site leadership team, providing vision, direction, support, coaching and training for direct reports to ensure the team safely maximise their individual and team performance.
- Set the benchmark standard by role modelling quality, health, safety and environment (QESH) behaviour with the team, leading a preventative and proactive QESH culture and ensuring employees and contractors adhere to all QESH policies and procedures while ensuring all relevant information is communicated to teams across all shifts.
- Lead talent succession planning and development activities, with a focus on attracting and retaining the best talent and capability for the site.
- Lead a sustained continuous improvement culture focused on value creation and waste reduction.
- Develop the site Annual Business Plan and contribute to the creation of the Manufacturing functional ABP.
- Manage site performance budget and KPI achievement across the balanced scorecard (QESH, labour, productivity, yields, asset care) to achieve the highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver product at the optimal cost.
- Play a leadership role across the Supply Chain function, working together with other functional teams to ensure we operate as one supply chain to deliver for customers and our people.
- Support and participate with the Engineering & Technology teams in new investments or initiatives within the site and collaborate on key projects as required, ensuring change and operational readiness is effectively managed for the site or production team.
- Partner together with the state and national Logistics teams to develop smooth operations at the inlet (empties, raw materials) and output (finished product) of production lines.

**About You**
- Minimum of 8 years in a manufacturing environment including people leadership of an operational unit, within a unionised environment.
- Operational management experience in a FMCG business including production planning, raw materials/yield management and food factory quality standards.
- Strong Knowledge and technical expertise in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Strong Manufacturing process expertise including operational excellence and improvement capability
- Health & Safety (Legislative and Leadership)
- Quality Assurance Good understanding of SAP and EWM and other supply chain production and inventory management systems
