eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 8 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**What are we looking for?**
Reporting to the site supervisor, your role of the Inventory Controller is to ensure complete accuracy of data and stock within the warehouse. Utilising your skills in time management, data analysis and continuous improvement, you will take ownership of the function and strive to minimise loss and reach daily targets. You will be solutions oriented, customer focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure processes and policies are upheld to the highest standard. Furthermore, you will love learning, helping out where needed and working with diverse individuals, including your own small team.

**What will you do?**
- Update filing systems, complete checks, receipt goods and perform cycle counts as directed
- Ensure documentation and reporting is completed and maintained accurately
- Identify, analyse and address gaps in processes
- Provide systems, administration and clerical support
- Cross train in other departments to provide coverage when required
- Assist in driving labour cost to specified target costs
- Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team culture through regular and effective communication
- Contribute to building a strong, high performance, continuous improvement team culture
- Enhance team member engagement by encouraging input, recognising performance, and empowering team members to take responsibility for outcomes
- Use WMS, software programs and pick technologies to support daily operations
- Ensure all work is compliant with all laws, regulations, and policies
- Perform packing duties such as manual lifting, sorting, packaging, taping, labelling
- Maintain a work area, uphold safety and abide by traffic management rules
- Participate in toolbox talks as directed by management
- Build strong relationships with diverse team members, stakeholders and customers and leading a small team

**Additional requirements**:

- Prepared to undertake any additional training to complement the operation.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
- Drivers Licence or Reliable transport
- Degree in Warehousing and Distribution and/or Transport and Logistics Preferred
