**YOUR ROLE**

CEVA logistics has an opportunity for an experienced, driven and demonstrated System Inventory Support (Mapper) at our facility located in Truganina VIC. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

The purpose of this role is to define the flow in the warehouse ensuring all products are in their most suitable locations based on the warehousing concept and logístical Setup. You will analyse the mapping & products to keep the warehouse safe and efficient.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Maintain and develop the storing strategy according to warehouse needs and volume development
- Handle daily non-mapped article flow and communicate with customers, Transportation, and Service Business Functions if needed
- Maintain product setup in the systems
- Ensure optimal space utilization on pallet location levels
- Ensure pallet classifications align with the storing strategy to secure maximum flexibility/adaptability for the storage process
- Assist in troubleshooting during operations
- Constantly monitor picking, put-away productivity, and storage efficiency
- Assist and lead operations with OHSE and Lean Methodology.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

You should also have:

- Experience in managing warehouse inventory systems or operations
- Experience in planning, execution and management of cyclical and annual stock takes
- Strong WMS skills to utilize the system for managing and controlling inventory to the highest standards
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to populate and manipulate data
- Good written and verbal communication, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions or escalate as required
- Customer service and customer relationship management orientation, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
