We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Installer - Cabinet Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fabrication and installation of custom cabinets, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. **Introducing PROJOIN**

**The Position**
- Read and interpret drawings and work orders to determine layout and specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions of materials using various measuring tools such as tape measures, rulers, and squares
- Cut, shape, and assemble wooden components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines
- Install cabinets in residential or commercial settings according to project specifications
- Align, level, and trim cabinetry components during installation
- Repair or modify existing cabinetry as needed to ensure proper fit and function
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and workloads
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

**Key Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cabinetmaking or carpentry preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in cabinetmaking or a related field
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities: able to identify issues and troubleshoot effectively.
- Good communication skills; able to work effectively with team members on projects.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials (25+ KGS)
- Own transportation required; valid driver's license
- CNC experience is a bonus
