In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing in a professional, efficient and effective capacity across the Northern NSW Local Health Districts Multi-Purpose Service sites. You'll work collaboratively with other administrative staff and provide support to the Multi-Purpose Service Site Nurse Managers.

The Multi-Purpose Service model (MPS) exists in smaller communities and is aimed at integrating a range of health services including acute care, subacute care (including respite and palliative care), emergency, allied health, primary health and community health services, under one management structure.

Also known as the Rainbow Region, this area is blessed with stunning forests and waterfalls, fertile farming land, artistic villages and relaxed seaside communities. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.

**If you have**:

- Experience in an administration role supporting a senior manager with a high level of confidentiality, privacy and security
- Demonstrated high level of computer skills, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and current human resource and recruitment databases
- High level communication skills, both written and oral, and a demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of management
- The ability to coordinate, prioritise and complete work assignments within tight timeframes
- Capacity to work within a team and effectively build internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders
