We welcome an innovative **Building Services Supervisor **to join Team TLC based at our Head Office based on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park and travelling between our Geelong, central and south-eastern Melbourne sites.

**About the role**
Working collaboratively across the business, the **Building Services Supervisor** will utilise their hands-on knowledge of the Victorian construction and legislation requirements to maintain TLC’s properties.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Responsibility for issues raised through the Work Request system
- Monitor sites for compliance of contract and legislative requirements
- Assist in construction programs to ensure planning of safety, resources, time, costs and quality
- Coordination of required maintenance works
- Assist in site and asset condition audits
