**Transaction Banking**:
Transactional Banking is an integral part of the Corporate & Institutional Bank, providing specialist advice to all segments across the broader C&IB banking team. Our Transactional Banking team work collaboratively with clients to develop an overarching digital and payment strategy to optimise the entire value chain, providing solutions to help businesses collect money, manage their cash, and make payments securely.

**The role**:
In this newly created role, you will drive the development of NAB's new Payment API proposition. As the end-to-end product owner for this proposition, you will take responsibility for the roadmap, goals plans and expectations by ensuring the team focus on the highest priority work. As the voice of the customer when developing this product, you'll be excited by challenging the status quo with the ultimate vision of making a difference and maximising value to the customer.

**In this role, you'll have the opportunity to**:

- Ensure product development success by prioritising the backlog items are aligned to the strategic vision
- Collaborate widely to align roadmaps across Domains and how we deliver optimally
- Ensure the Voice of Customer is at the heart of what we deliver
- Exercise your developed decision making skills by ensuring squad prioritises well to progress work, including the avoidance of context-switching
- Analyse, problem solve and create product collateral of results and feedback
- Manage aspects of the life cycle that has financial targets to achieve.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- The ability to bring those around you on the journey by conveying the vision
- The skills to develop a roadmap and shape the backlog of features, user stories and goals in line with the Domain cadence
- Proven experience in mobilising and supporting medium, cross functional and self managing teams to accomplish outcomes
- Extensive experience working with agile ways or working with familiarity with human centred design
- Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content.
