- Support the project team delivering culture, capability and change programs and activities to support the People Strategy, an enabler of the TAFE NSW strategy.

- 1 x full-time permanent position & 1 x full-time temporary position until October 2023

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Capability Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing best practice leadership, performance, culture, talent development and/or engagement programs; as well as related tools, skills, systems, and activities to enable a high performing, engaged, adaptable culture.

An eligibility list will be created for future opportunities that are likely to become available over the next 18-month period.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment, taking a creative approach towards the design and development of initiatives that drive best practice.
Excellent communication skills are essential as you will consult with business stakeholders at all levels to understand needs and use this information to inform recommendations and continuous improvement. You are comfortable taking the floor and will thrive in situations where you can facilitate engaging discussions and workshops to get the best out of others.
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/progress in achieving the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or another relevant educational qualification and knowledge of competency-based training.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing leadership and management, performance, culture, engagement or talent development programs.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**Additional desirable requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in the research, design, and implementation of performance, culture, engagement or leadership enhancement activities.
