**POSITION PURPOSE**

You will be a pivotal part of the team responsible for creating engaging, diversified content required for our new IDP website and new student experience. Working closely with the Digital Content Specialist to produce and implement high-impact content across the student journey stages in line with our CX research, also ensuring it is designed to effectively guide and support students to make informed decisions about their study abroad choices.

A **full-time 6-month fixed term opportunity** based out of **Melbourne**, reporting to the Head of Digital - Social and Content.

**Responsibilities include;**

**Content Creation**
- Create IDP content that will help educate our students, while also building brand awareness, engagement, and trust.
- Content should be created in the form that will help our students understand best. Whether that’s written, video and or visual delivery we want to support our audiences by presenting the information in a way that’s easy for them to digest.
- Expertise in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software, and other related tools is crucial. Your primary responsibility will be to process written content and transform it into visually appealing, easy-to-grasp content that drives click-throughs and conversions.
- Utilise and understand our in-depth customer research to help inform your customer insight and content deliverables.

**Digital Content**
- Work with the content team to help bring the content to life on the IDP website through our headless CMS.
- Develop compelling and varied content in multiple digital formats, including visually appealing graphics, branded tiles, web banners and infographics.
- Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns and website content, utilising video editing software to enhance quality.
- Web copy writing to craft persuasive and on-brand copy for different marketing materials, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.

**Collaboration**
- Lead the web content calendar, content production schedule and budget and align with social media team to execute.
- Deliver transparent quarterly content planning
- Work with SEO’s to include keyword research across all content assets and types to increase quality traffic to our website.
- Work with developers, data science team and product specialists to deliver content solutions at both a content modelling and asset delivery level
- Work with IDP marketing team, IDP CX team and broader IDP Regional Marketing teams to ensure content supports marketing needs and goals
- Work with internal and external content partners to co-create content

**Brand**
- Support the development and implementation of the IDP brand and content guidelines, including tone of voice, visual and verbal
- Review content regularly and create a culture of improvement in regular regional communities and working groups
- Maintain simple guidelines that raise the bar and quality of our voice and brand expression

**Analytics / reporting**
- Ensure there is the correct understanding of how content is performing and being engaged with to continually improve the outputs and integrate insights into future content planning
- Monitor and track goals to completion
- Deliver effective analysis and reporting on digital content performance
