**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Marketing Trainee is responsible for providing general marketing, digital and media support across the marketing team. This will include support across development of creative, campaign planning and integration with key partners, as well as collaboration with AFL and AFLW clubs.

The role will be engaged across the broad range of work streams within the marketing team that include but aren’t limited to; AFL, AFLW, Media and Creative.
- Lead responsibilities across minor AFL marketing initiatives including, but not limited to; AFL Fantasy, Elite State Streaming and AFL Tipping.
- Support across AFL Club Co-Fund and media implementation.
- Assist with market research.
- Broad range of additional duties and support across the Marketing team.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Team player
- Positive, can do attitude
- Enthusiastic and eager to jump in and learn
- Understanding or previous experience in digital and/or traditional media.

**SALARY**

$24,000 to $29,000 plus 10.5% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification

**MORE INFORMATION**
- People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
- This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
