**Join Our Team: Dietitian - Aged Care and NDIS Specialist**

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of aging individuals and those living with disabilities? We're seeking a dedicated Dietitian to join our private practice clinic specialising in aged care and NDIS services.

**About Us**: Our clinic is at the forefront of providing exceptional nutrition and dietetic care to aged care facilities and NDIS participants across metro Melbourne. With a focus on personalised care and innovative solutions, we're committed to improving the health and well-being of our clients.

**The Role**: As a Dietitian with our clinic, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through a combination of on-site visits to aged care homes in metro Melbourne and Telehealth appointments. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing tailored nutrition plans, providing education and support to clients and their caregivers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise health outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications providing eligibility for full membership of DAA and the APD program
- Experience in aged care and/or NDIS settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Current Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site visits

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
