**Graduate Program**
- In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.
- Orientation will consist of a mixture of activities including getting to know your colleagues, your buddy, and your team; introductions to all our service lines by various managers from each division; systems training; compliance programs; external speakers and lunch with our CEO.
- You will have the opportunity to attend the National Graduate Conference where you will meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.
- You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role, equipped with the skills to move your career forward.
- You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.

**The Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our Taxation division and become a part of our 2024 Graduate Program. This opportunity will see you working within the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive and Government Grants team and is the perfect opportunity for those who are looking to begin a career in a professional services environment.

**As a Graduate in our R&D Tax Incentive and Government Grants team, you will be involved in**:

- Analysing financial reports and data and preparing supporting documents for submission to government (e.g. project budgets, cash flow forecasts and R&D Tax Incentive schedules).**About you**
- Bachelor of Commerce, Economics, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering or similar undergraduate degree.
- Strong interest in R&D
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to participate
- A sense of leadership in your studies or work environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
