**About the role**
Reporting to the Inventory Systems Supervisor, the newly created role of Parts Coordinator will be responsible for active and hands-on surplus inventory management, including ownership of and reporting on surplus inventory levels. Joining a fast-growing team within the broader Supply Chain function, this role will be responsible for maintaining key domestic and international stakeholder relationships and making recommendations about ways to use non-moving stock located in the National Distribution centre in Adelaide, as well as multiple regional warehouses around Australia. The Parts Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a system of monitoring domestic distribution signals to ensure they are accurate, in addition to regularly communicating with global affiliates to manage stock buybacks.

**Duties**:
- Effective parts management across a global supply chain: liaising with international stakeholders in Europe, the USA, and other global affiliates to balance supply of surplus inventory worldwide
- Efficient oversight of parts returns from regional warehouses to the National Distribution Centre in Adelaide
- Identify appropriate reverse supply chain channels for the redistribution and optimisation of excess inventory
- Coordinating the effective flow of excess inventories through supply chain channels
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in mining equipment highly regarded
- Ability to identify and/or understand parts and components
- Highly capable in the use of MS Office Suite
- Good working knowledge of an ERP System
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse large datasets
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
