Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join the team at the Emu Plains location. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 7 direct reports and coordinating their activities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

- As Workshop Supervisor you will supervise and lead a team of 7 workshop staff members
- The Workshop Supervisor will coordinate daily activities and workflow in the workshop
- This Workshop Supervisor will ensure that production targets and quality standards are met
- The expectations of the Workshop Supervisor will be to monitor and maintain a safe working environment
- The Workshop Supervisor will train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- As the Workshop Supervisor you will collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of workshop operations and production processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with a diverse team
