I am collaborating with an eco-tech scale-up that is currently experiencing rapid and substantial growth. Over the past year, they have nearly tripled in size, and this momentum shows no signs of slowing down. With ongoing international expansion plans in motion, they are actively seeking a committed DevOps Lead to join their team and be a vital part of their journey. Their projects are heavily based on Java containers focused on AWS (EKS).

**Responsibilities**:

- 70% hands-on involvement and 30% leadership responsibility leading a team of 3.
- Actively participate in architectural discussions, with a strong emphasis on motivating yourself and team members.
- Design, execute, and sustain automated procedures for software deployment and infrastructure administration.
- Establish and uphold automated protocols for software deployment and infrastructure management.
- Enforce and uphold security best practices across all facets of the DevOps spectrum.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of DevOps experience within AWS, including over 1 year in a leadership role.
- Must come from a Dev background and be proficient in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, and others.
- Possesses a DevSecOps mindset, prioritizing security throughout the development process.
- Skilled in utilizing IAC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proficient in working with containerization technologies like Docker (ECS) and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Well-versed in using logging and monitoring tools like Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, and Datadog.
- Experienced with Github Actions and Git-based workflows.
