About the role

The new role:
This is a new role to support the delivery of the Foundation’s strategic plan at a P&C operational level. The P&C Advisor will work alongside the P&C team to provide support across the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle including employee attraction and engagement initiatives, onboarding & offboarding processes, utalising the HRIS, supporting the learning & development strategy and providing solutions and guidance to challenges.

What you’ll do:

- Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for people engaged by the Foundation.
- Initiate continuous improvement activities relating to P&C policies, guidelines, forms and processes.
- Provide appropriate advice to employees and people leaders on P&C policies and processes.
- Enhance the HRIS (Bamboo HR) functions for onboarding and reporting.
- Support the Foundation’s Learning & Development strategy, including researching and organising appropriate training initiatives across the Foundation.

The experience you’ll bring:

- 3 years’ experience within a HR generalist role.
- Experience researching and embedding Learning & Development or other similar HR related initiatives.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills, HRIS experience and excellent attention to detail/accuracy (we use Bamboo HR and MS Office).
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with the team.
