**Position Summary**:
In this exciting position, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing daily tax invoices and accounts receivable, contributing to month-end activities, and offering valuable financial insights. **We are seeking an entry-level accounting officer with a strong professional work ethic, committed to pursuing a long-term career with us as a professional corporate accountant. We value applicants who share our determination to work together in achieving our long-term goals.**

**Responsibilities**:
Accounts Payable Duties:

- Efficiently handle daily tax invoices from suppliers, ensuring prompt payment processing using the advanced SAP ERP system.
- Collaborate with project and administration teams to obtain necessary approvals, streamlining the payment workflow.

Accounts Receivable Duties:

- Take charge of issuing sales invoices, leveraging the cutting-edge Sage ERP system.
- Proactively engage with customers to maintain healthy AR balances, providing regular updates and diligently following up on overdue payments.

Payroll Duties:

- Prepare accurate and timely weekly payroll for the dedicated team of 5 employees, ensuring smooth and efficient payroll operations.

Month End and Daily Banking Duties:

- Contribute to the month-end closing process, assisting with key financial activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Attention to detail, accountability, and a quick learning ability are key attributes we value.
- Good communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience is not essential as training will be provided.
- Fresh accounting or business graduate is welcome to apply.

**Probation period**:
6 months
