**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We're seeking a knowledge and content consultant to join our Knowledge team based in any of our Australian offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth) on a 24 month contract. This position will be a part time (3 days per week) role supporting the development of processes and editorial controls for the firm’s new Knowledge platform, HSF Knowledge.

This will include:

- content and metadata review and updates in line with revised protocols.
- contribution to the development of efficient and effective publishing processes.
- contribution to the development of quality control processes for informal knowledge content which may include content triage, redaction, tagging, reporting.

You'll also be responsible for providing support as required for knowledge content (eg precedents and other know how) managed by the Knowledge Content team, including:

- creating, updating, and reviewing content in line with the Knowledge Content Management Policy and other relevant policies and standards.
- conducting editorial reviews of content, to ensure it meets the Knowledge Content Management Policy, the firm’s style guide and other relevant policies and standards.
- acting as a key contact and providing support to content users, owners and drafters from the Australian offices and where appropriate, overseas offices.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, i.e. Law Degree
- 2-5 years PQE in a global legal practice (preferred), legal publishing or knowledge management experience in a global professional services business.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- High level of personal integrity, initiative and collegiality with a demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of the commercial drivers of a global professional services business.
