In the role of Business Advisor (Risk), you will provide support to other Business Officers in the Strategy, Innovation, Performance and Risk (SIPR) unit as part of its succession planning.Accountabilities include: - Respond to RMS related requests from customers to ensure compliance with TMR business rules, policy, and procedures. Investigate and resolve system errors including troubleshooting system integration and system maintenance related issues by leading of specialised configuration, and testing output for end users. Analyse trends in RMS system usage to provide recommendations for system performance improvements, including monitoring of data integrity. Lead the planning, designing, and testing RMS products include continual development and updating RMS processes and procedures, where required. Provide training to staff in the recording and reporting of risk data to ensure users understand their responsibilities for collecting, entering, and using the data in an appropriate manner.
- Design, develop and maintain relevant Power BI dashboards and interactive reports for various committee reporting purposes and to inform business decisions.
- Advise a range of internal stakeholders to ensure effective performance data capture, management and analysis. Maintain effective working relationships within the team and with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Contribute to the preparation of reports, briefing notes, submissions, briefing papers and other collateral.
