Be a part of the Integration core team that delivers business value and innovative improvements to our business stakeholders in this **12 Month Fixed Term Salaried Contract**. You will be contributing to the development of Integration-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Centre of Excellence.
**Your background**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Working collaboratively with the developers, other infrastructure team, vendors and/or external partners.
- Deliver capital projects and BAU enhancements as well as platform upgrades, maintenance support, security and performance administration.
- Improve integration services and processes to align with Central Bank's best practice, cyber security control and resilient service operation.
- Establish Integration as a Service approach for reliable centralised integration infrastructure
- Participate in a 2nd line incident response for operational issues related to integration services, with applied ITIL and IT Service Management best practice.
**Skills and Experience**
- Hands-on experience in the following integration technologies: IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Programming and scripting knowledge of Java, PowerShell, Puppet, Ansible, Perl, Python, XML, XPATH, XSLT, JMS, MS SQL and PL/SQL.
- Competent in using Windows/Linux operating systems and MSSQL/Oracle database.
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns with communication protocols.
- Understand the use of firewall, load-balancer, Active Directory, LDAP and SSL infrastructures in the design.
**Your team**
At the RBA, Integration Services looks after the vital Banking services such as New Payment Platform and Fast Settlement Service for the entire nation. Integration Services mainly focus on file-based integration and real-time API transactions.
Integration Services comprises small teams equally committed to a common purpose, goals, and working approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable. The Integration Services members are deeply committed to one another’s personal growth and development. Each team has a leader who answers to the Manager of Integration Services.
