Meka Recruitment has partnered with a leading food van manufacturer that is based on the Sunshine Coast. Due to their growth, they are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team.

You will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers and answering counter telephone calls. You will be providing quick and efficient service to obtain maximum sales and customer satisfaction.

As you will be selling food trucks and trailers, you will be given training to fully understand and interpret technical requirements.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Sales administration duties are performed accurately and on time
- Building a strong relationship with the clients and closing the sale
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, and soliciting new accounts
- Providing technical information and explanations
- Preparing quotations and ensuring that all details are correct
- Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis and research of customer requirements.
- Participate in sales meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
- Fills orders and communicating expected delivery date
- Accomplishes individual, department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Cooperate with counter sales lead and other department heads to determine essential strategies for sales.
- Following up all online enquiries that have come through over night
- Advise clients on the correct products to build a mobile cafe based on weight ratios
- Read plans and liaise with the Project Manager to provide correct information

- Have a strong focus on customer service and be willing to go the extra mile
- Able to work in a team and want to exceed sales targets
- Have a clear understanding of commercial kitchens and what is involved in the builds
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Great work ethic and reliable
- Possess the drive to succeed and able to close a sale

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
