The Wesfarmers Health includes 73 company-owned Priceline stores, 396 Priceline pharmacy franchise stores and 89 Clear Skincare clinics and is also a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical goods. In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

**About the role:

Our Pharmacy business provides wholesale distribution, business, and marketing services to community pharmacies across the country. We also operate retail brands such as Priceline and specialize in over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.

As a Master Data Administrator you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless customer and partner experiences by managing master data processes and maintaining data quality standards.

You will also:

- Process incoming master data requests and provide first-level support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure data quality.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external partners, including Pharmacy, Priceline, and Suppliers. Maintain the highest legal, moral, and ethical standards in all work practices.

The team work flexibly and divide time between our Paramatta office and working from home.

**What you’ll bring:
- Experience in pricing and data maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and a love for working with data.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, environment with a level of complexity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or wholesale businesses is preferred. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
