The Property Project Administrator supports the administrative workload of the project and program managers, by carrying out tasks such as coordinating project stakeholder meetings and communications, maintaining project logs and registers, tracking project costs and variations, drafting initial project reports, ensuring project status is up-to-date, and filing critical project documentation.
The position reports to the Goodstart Property PMO and works directly with the managers and project teams within the property development, fit out and building renewal works projects.
**Your Impact**:
Provide support for the program management teams for the project and program frameworks, including tools and processes and administration.
Liaise with key project stakeholders to support the exchange of key project and program information.
Assist in the production of project reports and presentations, as requested.
Work with the program management and project delivery teams to gather and update status reporting, working to meet program standards of format, quality and timing.
Prepare, maintain and file critical required project reports and progress documentation in the project documentation repository, in line with program standards
Support the Property PMO to identify and implement improvement opportunities in the project and program controls framework, enabling transparency and continuous improvement of the project delivery framework.
Represent the Goodstart Property team to internal and external project stakeholders with professionalism and in line with Goodstart’s values

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Previous experience within in a project delivery environment
Possess excellent Microsoft tool suite skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
Desirable is having previous experience maintaining project/ program controls and using project delivery toolset.
