**About the Role**

The role Digital Marketing Manager is to own the entire customer journey through lifecycle to improve every aspect of the customer experience across all of our brand pillars in order to optimise, grow and transform across all digital touch points in a competitive and dynamic environment.

This role is responsible for representing the brand for any leads, eCommerce purchases, bookings and revenue digitally generated, while leveraging our omnichannel approach to actively seek opportunities for continued growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure that all digital channels and the user experience are brand aligned, optimised and the channels drive sales, consumer engagement, mass target market reach, awareness and purchasing intent via eCommerce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evolve and deliver impactful integrated digital plans and a complete omni-channel experience that drives behaviour change, optimisation, category/brand growth and transformation.
- Management and maintenance of digital channels including websites and digital properties including CRM, review and referral platforms.
- Take ownership of the execution of a complete digital strategy, including management, performance and measurement of agencies and campaigns, creative, inventory management and web development, CRM, digital channel management and on-going optimisation of social media channels.
- Adopting a “test & learn” approach to ensure that the business continues to innovate with new techniques and performance strategies.
- Leveraging own creativity coupled with technology tools to continuously improve on performance metrics that contribute toward organisational goals.
- Developing data driven recommendations and actionable insights to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing channels, while providing stakeholders with full visibility and transparency into digital marketing performance.
- Liaise with agency and partners during the creative briefing process to ensure all assets are delivered on time, to specification and on budget.
- Managing and maintaining budgets and forecasts across digital marketing and ad hoc projects.
- Effectively collaborating with all business units, supporting colleagues to achieve inter-departmental goals.

**Key Skills Required**:

- 3 +years digital marketing experience within luxury beauty, fashion accessories or related industry is desirable but not essential.
- Must have proven experience scaling across various digital channels.
- Thirst for knowledge and a desire to pass it on to our consumers and internal staff.
- Pro-active communicator with the ability to present & articulate complex technical concepts into business language.
- Ability to strike the right balance between long-term strategy & ad-hoc daily pivots, based on immediate business needs.
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
