**About the Role**

Rental Sales Agents are responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and promoting the company's products and services. This position involves interacting with customers, processing rental agreements and payments, and providing information on rental rates and policies. A Rental Sales Agent may also be responsible for checking vehicles in and out, conducting inspections, and upselling additional products and services. This position typically requires excellent customer service skills, ability to sell and to work in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Greeting customers and listening to their needs to determine the best rental options
- Processing rental agreements and payments providing information on rental rates and policies and available vehicles
- Upselling additional products and services, such as coverage and GPS navigation systems
- Outlining and clarifying final charges to customers and collecting rental agreement receipt signatures
- Providing assistance with directions and travel information
- Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring that safety and security protocols are followed at all times.

**What we’re looking for**
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence
- This is a full time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
