**The role: Qualitative Research Strategist**

**As the business grows, they are excited for a qualitative researcher ready to be challenged, who wants to stretch their thinking and who loves problem-solving to join them.**

**A career-accelerating opportunity, you'll work alongside senior qualitative experts further develop your methodological toolkit **- IDIs, focus groups, qualitative workshops, co-creation sessions, ethnography, user experience, online communities, and behavioural observations (to name a few)

**From pitch through to the final presentation, you'll be hands-on with**:

- Writing proposals
- Project management
- Taking client briefs and deeply understanding business problems
- Designing research methodologies
- Running qualitative fieldwork
- Crafting recommendations and solutions that add value
- Storytelling, bringing insights to life
- Delivering reports, presentations, and workshops to clients that spark change drives success and gives that "ah-ha" moment.

**Life within the agency**:
