That's why we're looking for a new breed of Strategist (Full Time)
A strategic thinker who makes strives to understand the details of a client's business. You're the type of strategist who loves to combine creative instinct a love of culture and understanding your audience. You pull from many sources and synthesize key points to help inform they strategies developed by your wider team. You're infinitely curious; the more you learn, the more you want to know. You have an encyclopaedic knowledge of brands.You have big, bold ideas that you communicate clearly and with confidence. You're not afraid to ask tough questions. You also know how and when to listen closely. And most importantly, your teams that love working with you.
A snapshot of your skills
- Begin to build an understanding of the business and brand you work on (current state and challenges), audience behaviours and channel behviaours
- Begin to access a breadth of sources (brand tracking, segmentation, value proposition definition, creative strategy) to identify an array of insights
- Works with the wider team on new business and pitches
- Helps author levels of effectiveness papers
- Contributes to a strong department culture through suggesting extra curricular department activities or agency projects
Who you'd be working with
- You'd be working with CHEP's strategy team that has unrivalled breadth and depth across brand, CX, research and behaviour change, data, tech, PR, media and content
- You'd report to one of our Executive Strategy Directors who are responsible for sewing together integrated strategies for our clients, and own our Chief Marketing Officer relationships alongside Client Partners
- You'd work alongside the wider CHEP team to inform the right way forward for our clients
General experience
- 2+ years experience in a similar brand strategy role in agency or consultancy
Technical capabilities
- Excellent skills in writing and presenting clear argument structures and narratives

**Salary Range**: $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
