**About the opportunity**:
The Roster Coordinator provides strong and effective leadership and support to the Residence Manager, the business, and its employees on staff management - orientation, management of staff education and rostering. The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate with fellow staff to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- Pragmatic and logical in approach.
- Ability to understand financial management process (ordering, reconciliation, reporting).
- Proven ability to manage & successfully deliver projects on time and on budget
- Experience in managing rostering & staff allocations.

**What you will be doing**:
Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, you will be a part of our highly motivated team. We are also looking for the right people to join us and build personally meaningful relationships with our residents, their families, and your colleagues.
