**Your new company**
You will be working for an International Heavy Manufacturing company, who specialise in highly automated logistic systems, are looking to add a permanent HSE Lead to their team.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on position that requires an engaged and motivated individual to build relationships across and within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

- Facilitation of risk assessment and incident investigations
- Facilitate all aspects of incident/injury management and return to work.
- Participation in the establishment, optimisation and further development of Safety and Capability processes and methods.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications relating to Workplace Health and Safety
- Demonstrated experience in WHS preferably within manufacturing/FMCG environments
- Has the flexibility to work hours that may involve differing time zones / shift work/ weekends to support the operational needs.
- Previous experience in injury management/Return to Work processes
- Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally on occasion
- Certificate IV in TAE highly desired
- Fully conversant and up to date with all aspects of HSE standards and practices.
