**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working closely within a small team, you will be liaising with customers to service and install security, predominantly across Sydney Metropolitan, with duties including, but not limited to:

- Installation and commissioning and servicing of CCTV, Alarms, Access control systems and intercoms as below
- Conducting fault finding, diagnostic checks and inspections
- Liaising with customers on technical and service matters
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Complete service and maintenance reports via mobile app (AroFlo)
- Have the ability to work alone or as part of a team

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Valid NSW Security Licence class 2C
- ACA OPEN Licence
- White Card
- Valid driver’s Licence and manual licence
- Proven technical experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intercom systems
- Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
