**About the role**:
As the system administrator for Coles’ Marketing Resource Management tool, you will be working with a wider Adobe support team including with the System Administrator for Digital Asset Management tool in undertaking various support requests on MRM across the Coles Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the desire to grow in their knowledge in MRM as well across all other Adobe product suites and play an active role in the future growth strategy of this new platform.

**About you and your skills**:
The System Administrator (MRM) role is required to manage group wide requests for support and configuration requirements including access. Ideally you will have experience administrating Workfront in a marketing organisation, preferably within retail.

Your skills
- Understanding of integrating Workfront with Enterprise DAM such as Adobe DAM. Good understanding of Asset management, metadata management
- Understanding Workfront’s native integrations available
- Good understanding of API, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, DAM, SSO, and user management using Adobe Admin Console
- Exposure to Integration platform and good understanding of Workfront Fusion
- Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Core Developer, and/or Core Developer Expert certification(s) is a plus.
- Ability to independently make effective decisions and to respond quickly and accurately as issues arise
- Well-organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Familiarity with the marketing lifecycle, preferably within a retail environment
