**Graduate - People, Culture & Development Projects Officer**

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for human resources and highly motivated to gain exposure to a variety of people-focused projects?
Knox City Council is seeking a motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Development (PCD) team.

**Your new role**

Whether you are collaborating on project plans alongside our PCD team members, preparing progress reports related to our Gender Equality Action Plan and Reconciliation Action Plan, reviewing the e-learning platform to identify improvements for our people experience, or gathering and analysing data for project evaluation, no two days will be the same in this exciting opportunity.

**What you will need to thrive**:
The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Demonstrated ability to support the development and coordination of project plans, reports and project communications.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent computer literacy skills, ability to learn systems quickly and a keen eye for data.
- A continuous improvement mindset and dedication to improving the services and initiatives offered by PCD.
- Demonstrated commitment to working in a way that reflects Knox City Council’s culture and values.
- A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or Project Management completed within the last 5 years (or due for completion within 6 months).
- Previous experience in a project support or HR related role is highly desirable, but not essential.
