We are searching for a skilled and motivated **EL1 Level Service Designer** to contribute to the success of the Participant Experience Design division with our client.

**About the Role**:
As the EL1 Level Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the Participant Experience Design functions. This leadership position involves undertaking complex work to deliver quality outcomes, providing team leadership, and actively managing stakeholder relationships.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Leading research to identify insights for Agency understanding.
- Overseeing and documenting current state service through design and research.
- Managing process design improvements.
- Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders.
- Facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users.
- Ensuring end-to-end service experiences align with the Digital Service Standard.

**About You**:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience in service design and improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A deep understanding of the Disability Sector and its functions.
- Experience in facilitating design-thinking sessions.
