**About School Infrastructure**

School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW

**About the role**

In your new role you will be leading and managing a team in the delivery of maintenance and capital programs within schools. You will be responsible for ensuring these programs are delivered on time and within budget.

The teams also deliver other related services to the Schools including but not limited to:

- Compliance and environmentally sustainable works
- Day to Day communication with Schools and issue resolution

They will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with multiple stakeholders.

They will be able to work autonomously and build their knowledge of SINSW Policy and Procedures.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned Asset Management Unit area.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

Your approach is operational and tactical in ensuring facilities maintenance programs are successfully carried through. You have an attention to detail that will oversee the coordination of projects and that day to day operational issues are responded to in a timely manner. Your skills and experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders allows you to meet program deadlines and possess a drive to deliver high level customer service to Schools.
