**The exciting opportunity**:

- Work from head office in Brisbane’s inner suburbs
- Report to Customer Care Experience Manager
- Liaise with the ACQSC and Franchise Owners to resolve Serious Incidents Reports (SIRs) and Client Complaints including HCP Expense Coordination
- Conduct an audit program to review of Clinical Assessments, Care Plans, Clinical records and documentation of Home Care Package and NDIS Clients
- Examine documentation to ensure it is consistent, reflects consumer’s needs with appropriate person centred care strategies, and aligns with governing legislation
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for carer and nursing staff and employees

**About you**:

- Current AHPRA Registration as Registered Nurse and relevant tertiary qualification
- Working knowledge of continuous quality improvement and experience within home care (preferred)
- Strong ability to perform assessment and care planning
- An aspirational leader to drive organisational effectiveness and a culture of care
- Self motivated, detail oriented, proactive and focused
