**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Microblading Artist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a microblading artist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality microblading services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired brow shape and enhancing their natural beauty. You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and any specific concerns related to their eyebrows.
- Utilise microblading techniques to design and create eyebrows that complement clients' facial features and desired aesthetic.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations and sterilisation protocols.
- Provide aftercare instructions to clients and ensure they understand how to properly care for their eyebrows post-treatment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and personalised service.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or training in microblading from a reputable institution or accredited program.
- Proven experience as a Microblading Artist, with a portfolio showcasing successful work.
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail, with the ability to customise eyebrow shapes to suit individual clients' preferences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs and provide personalised recommendations.
- Knowledge of skin anatomy, colour theory, and facial symmetry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client appointments.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
