Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Microblading Artist to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a microblading artist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality microblading services to our clients, helping them achieve their desired brow shape and enhancing their natural beauty.

You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough consultations with clients to understand their preferences, expectations, and any specific concerns related to their eyebrows.
• Utilise microblading techniques to design and create eyebrows that complement clients' facial features and desired aesthetic.
• Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations and sterilisation protocols.
• Provide aftercare instructions to clients and ensure they understand how to properly care for their eyebrows posttreatment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and personalised service.

Qualifications:

• Certification or training in microblading from a reputable institution or accredited program.
• Proven experience as a Microblading Artist, with a portfolio showcasing successful work.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail, with the ability to customise eyebrow shapes to suit individual clients' preferences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to actively listen to clients' needs and provide personalised recommendations.
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, colour theory, and facial symmetry.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to accommodate client appointments.
