**Human Resources Advisor - Brisbane, QLD**

**The Opportunity**

We're on the lookout for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our varied HR team, someone who exudes passion and commitment. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, this position will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational HR Service Delivery across stakeholders, including Senior Management, Operations, Support services and a sizeable “blue-collared” workforce.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide the Centurion Leadership team with coaching and mentoring that fosters a positive, high-performing and safe culture
- Drive continuous improvement of the HR function through effective influencing and collaborative working relations
- Execute HR strategies and operational service delivery across the full suite of HR functions
- Provide assistance to the GM and EGM - People and Culture on IR related matters
- End to end management of workplace investigations and grievance resolution
- Complete regular HR reporting for the Senior HR team as well as designated stakeholders

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Fair Work Act and its interactions with Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Solid experience in employee relations with demonstrated understanding in maintaining procedural fairness and natural justice
- Ability to work highly autonomously and without supervision
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trusted working relations
