As the Head of Music, you will be responsible for leading teaching and learning within the music faculty. Your role involves delivering high-quality, inclusive, and innovative music education, while upholding the College's excellent standards of student performance and achievement. Collaborative leadership and nurturing the strong team culture within the faculty are vital aspects of this position.

- Be an exceptional Music educator with a deep understanding of contemporary practices and trends in Music education.
- Possess a successful track record as a Head of Music.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of girls' education.
- Exhibit confidence in analyzing data to enhance student achievement.
- Showcase highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, staff, and parents.
- Have the ability to confidently lead orchestras, ensembles, bands, and choirs, including participation in the annual College musical.
