**Be a Friend to a Senior in Need**

We're seeking volunteers to visit seniors in our community who are living in social isolation. As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with someone who is lonely and wanting companionship.

Our Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme places volunteers with seniors in aged care facilities or their own homes. You'll spend time with your senior, doing activities they enjoy, such as having a coffee, going on outings, reading together, or listening to music.

**Why Volunteer with Us?**

  • We provide training and regular check-ins to ensure you have the skills and support you need.
  • You'll have the flexibility to volunteer on a day and at a time that suits you.

**What We Require from Our Volunteers**

  • A minimum of one hour per fortnight commitment.
  • A desire to spend time with seniors in your community.
  • A warm and friendly communication style and reliability.
  • A willingness to have a Criminal History Check (paid for by us).
