We are having four retail stores in Sydney CBD, Chatswood, Burwood and Hurstville**. We are currently looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to join us in Westfield Hurstville.**

**STORE SUPERVISOR**

As Store Supervisor, you will act as brand ambassador and have overall responsibility for the running of the OWNDAYS store. You will drive, with strategic vision to achieve and exceed set financial targets whilst providing an iconic customer-service experience. As a natural and proven leader, you will ensure the development of all staff, to deliver outstanding results whilst maintaining operational excellence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A STORE SUPERVISOR**

**Operational**
- To liaise with Retail Management regarding financial budgets relating to the Store and to ensure the team are updated, weekly, as to the store’s financial set targets.
- To ensure all relevant documents are completed on time and ensure accurate reports, payroll reporting, timesheets, commission and bonus, absence/sickness/lateness, etc. are fully completed by the required deadlines.
- To ensure on a weekly basis, that the store has the correct levels of stock.
- To prepare and perform stock take as required
- To monitor any discrepancies that might occur regarding takings or stock and to take the necessary action with assistance and liaison with the headquarters.
- To ensure that the store complies with the company’s Health and Safety Policy.

**Financial**
- To maintain and increase sales throughout the year; to drive Company and initiatives to achieve and exceed set financial targets.
- When applicable, to attend monthly meetings with your Line Manager to discuss budget and target requirements and provide relevant information on these matters.

**CRM**
- To act as an ambassador for the brand and store within the neighborhood and be aware of all relevant events and important periods for the market.
- To always maintain a high level of customer service within the store.
- To increase the store customer base by actively pursuing new audience through networking in the area.
- To ensure that the clients’ data are constantly registered in the system, to allow for analysis and further contact.
- To grow existing customer spending by instructing the staff on weekly clienteling routines and reporting the results.
- To support marketing on execution of local marketing initiatives.

**Product**
- To ensure that the Store is always merchandised to OWNDAYS desired standards
- To maintain close communication with the Line Manager, HR (as needs) and Marketing, to ensure that up to date and relevant information is relayed.

**People**
- To manage, in close liaison with your Line Manager and HR, all of the staff within the store, recruitment, induction, training, discipline and appraisals. To ensure that the correct staffing levels are always maintained.
- To hold regular team meetings to outline set sales targets, store objectives and provide relevant information.
- To hold weekly meetings with your Line Manager, to keep up-dated and to receive feedback on all relevant store matters.
- To ensure that the staff are given relevant product training throughout the year.
- To ensure that all store staff are well presented and portray an appropriate company image.
- To have a full understanding of the Company’s disciplinary procedures as stated in the Company Handbook.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Essential Proven Qualifications & Experience**
- Sales achievement in the luxury retail environment
- Management and leadership experience
- Eyewear industry knowledge is advantageous
- Customer relationship management
- Customer oriented
- Initiative and Problem-Solving abilities

**Functional & Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Inventory Management systems knowledge
- English language proficiency (spoken & written)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (required)
- Retail management: 1 year (required)
