**Job Overview**: We are looking for an enthusiastic Cold Calling Appointment Setter to schedule strategy meetings for our Google Ads and SEO services. This is an in-person role based in South Windsor, offering excellent growth potential with the chance to progress quickly into a full-time digital sales role based on performance. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from our office to book appointments.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our digital marketing services.
- Use a provided script, while personalizing conversations to build rapport.
- Keep detailed records of calls and appointment bookings in our CRM.
- Follow up with leads and ensure smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Demonstrate strong performance and initiative to fast-track progression into a full-time digital sales role.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in-person at our South Windsor office.
- Driven and motivated to achieve sales targets and grow within the company.
