In this role, you will lead, manage, and mentor the highly motivated Recruit Curtin team to cultivate a culture of collaboration by serving as a bridge between Curtin students, industry partners and faculty. This position is responsible for the management and development of initiatives which source and provide Curtin students and graduates with opportunities across the spectrum of employment.

This role will see you building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, as well as, managing and facilitating employer events, career expos and graduate pathway programs. You will also implement strategies and initiatives that ensure the overall success of the team, maximising outputs and continuously improving business outcomes.

**To be successful in this role, you will ideally have**:

- Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to guide and manage a team in delivery of services.
- Knowledge of current trends in employability skills with proven ability to initiate links with employers, and community groups and follow through to achieve results.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills for communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including employers, students, community, faculty, and other Curtin Staff.

**Recruit Curtin team** consist of a diverse range of experienced Recruitment Coordinators who oversee our employability programs to optimise employment outcomes for a variety of Curtin students. The team form part of the broader
**Student Success** team who contribute to the overall success of Curtin students, supporting students in their transition to graduate employment and/or further study. We develop strategic partnerships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver appropriate services and programs, providing consultation and advice to assist and improve the skills and capacity of university staff to respond to students’ career development learning needs.
