**Bar Attendant/Supervisor (Part-time)**

The Halls Head Bowling Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Bar Attendant to join our team. This role requires someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is committed to providing excellent service to our members and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing the bar.
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting the bar team.
- Oversee stock levels, inventory management, and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle cash management, including tills, floats, and banking.
- Assist in organising and running club events, ensuring smooth bar service.

**Requirements**:

- Must have RSA and Approved Manager (highly regarded)
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a senior bar role.
- Ability to manage busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.87 - $28.57 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
