Our client are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing a portfolio of high-end residential properties, ensuring that the highest standards of luxury living are maintained for their esteemed clients. With your passion for excellence, you will have the chance to contribute to the success of the agency while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**The Role**:

- Oversee a small and growing portfolio of approximately 80 properties
- Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Build and nurture positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct property inspections and promptly address maintenance or repair issues
- Facilitate lease agreements and manage arrears
- Coordinate property marketing campaigns and conduct property viewings
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations in property management
- PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate software
- This position does not involve any trust accounting or receipting
- Full administration support for agency and tenancy agreements

**About You**:

- Possess a current real estate certificate
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Property Manager, showcasing exceptional property management skills
- Have in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations in the property management industry
- Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Showcase strong organisational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in property management software, preferably Property Me and/or Inspect Real Estate
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
