- Guest & booking management.
- Manage timelines and on boarding of new clients & listings.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors as requested.
- Accurate Data Entry.
- Receiving, filing, sorting invoices and reports as required.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Property copy writing skills.
- Experience with AirBnB, Booking Dot Com etc. listings.
- Administration associated with managing short term holiday property.
- Keep files, registers and documentation organised and up to date.
- Guest relations - occasional guest item drop off & property preparation.
- Researching prices & ordering stock.
- Calculating costs.
- Co-ordinating repairs & maintenance with tradespeople - meeting them onsite.
- Other duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Be social media savvy, able to create posts and respond to online comments & queries
- Ability to create in Canva, Pixlr etc
