Our client is a market leader in the provision of retail services to the jewellery industry. They have a large client group of independent jewellers throughout Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for a talented person who may be in an early stage of their career to join their team as an Administration Assistant/Office Junior.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- General office administrative duties - including data entry and filing
- Accounts support - including invoice processing and handling accounts queries
- Reception duties - including answering incoming phone calls
- Support ad-hoc activities and liaise regularly with the retail client network

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Some experience in using a bookkeeping system will be an advantage, but not essential as on the job training will be provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence and a strong customer service focus

This is a full-time permanent position, office-based, and offers the opportunity for further on the job training in a professional and friendly work environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
