**Responsibilities**
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Follow correct work procedures at all times
- Ensure correct setup, calibration and safe operation of machinery
- Provide detailed feedback to supervisors/management on equipment issues
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to meet pre-determined standards
- Follow established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidents

**What you will need to succeed**
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, environment, quality, health and wellbeing
- A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
- Problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude
- Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
- Sound verbal, written and computer communication skills
- Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
- Forklift and/or front end loader ticket (desirable but not essential)
