Ideally, you will be someone who is willing to learn our business from the bottom up and have the desire to develop and progress your career with Adbri Masonry. This full-time role will require you to work on our 12hr shift roster which may include weekend work.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained
- Follow correct work procedures at all times
- Operation of forklifts for the movement of goods to/from the work area
- Ensure yard and inventory is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion
- Provide detailed feedback to supervisors/management on equipment issues
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to meet pre-determined standards
- Follow established procedures for documenting and/or reporting work performed, hazards and incidents

**What you will need to succeed**
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, environment, quality, health and wellbeing
- A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
- Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
- Sound verbal, written and computer communication skills
- Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
- Support the production team including general labouring duties and basic machine operation
- Undertake general housekeeping and cleaning
- Flexibility in day-to-day tasks, approximately 50/50 on forklift and general labouring duties
- Forklift and/or front end loader ticket (desirable but not essential)
