**About the Role**

We are looking for a Client Liaison Officer ready to take the next exciting step in their career. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills to join our growing team. In this role you will responsible for the provision of information to carers on a variety of care packages and services. Your previous experience in the services providing support with chronic health, domestic violence, mental health, ageing or disability will be viewed favourably.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Client services experience
- Strong administration skills
- Competent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word and excel.
- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- The ability to show initiative and drive.
- High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow operational procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Taking incoming calls
- Booking and scheduling appointments for clients
- Effective and timely reporting of outputs and performance
- Effective communication and telephone support to clients and stakeholders
- High level administrative support and program knowledge in order to provide backup support for other Client Liaison Officers as required.
